1. Program Name

MarketConfig SMS Alerts — An SMS messaging program operated by MarketConfig for market operations, vendor communications, and emergency notifications.

2. Program Description

By opting in to MarketConfig SMS Alerts, you consent to receive text messages from MarketConfig related to:

• Operational Notifications — Market schedule updates, booth assignments, check-in reminders, and attendance confirmations.
• Emergency Alerts — Critical safety notifications, severe weather warnings, market closures, and urgent incident communications.
• Vendor Communications — Application status updates, approval notifications, onboarding reminders, and compliance deadlines.
• Account & Security — Verification codes, password reset links, and account security alerts.
• Training & Compliance — Training assignment reminders, certification expiration notices, and compliance update notifications.

3. Message & Data Rates

MarketConfig is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages. If you have an unlimited texting plan, messages from MarketConfig should be included at no additional cost.

Message frequency varies based on your role and activity within the Platform:

• Operational Messages — Typically 2–5 messages per week during active market seasons, depending on your schedule and market assignments.
• Emergency Alerts — Sent only when critical situations arise. These are infrequent and unpredictable in nature.
• Account Notifications — Sent as needed for verification, security, and application updates. Typically 1–3 messages per month.
• Training Reminders — Sent periodically when new training is assigned or certifications are nearing expiration. Typically 1–2 messages per month.

Overall, you can expect to receive approximately 5–20 messages per month, depending on your engagement with the Platform. Message volume may increase during peak market seasons or emergency situations.

You may opt in to MarketConfig SMS Alerts through any of the following methods:

• Enabling SMS notifications in your MarketConfig account settings.
• Providing your phone number during vendor onboarding and consenting to receive messages.
• Responding with a confirmation when prompted by the Platform.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from MarketConfig. You may use the Platform without opting in to SMS notifications.

MarketConfig reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or through an SMS notification. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
